I fell in love with yoga in 1992 and have been leading classes and workshops and retreats for over 19 years.  Yoga helps me to fulfill my life’s mission which is to  empower those around me to become physically strong through all stages of their lives; to lead them to connect to their minds; strengthen their spirit, and to bring about a world where they have the courage to show up as their best self.

Now more than ever, our world needs strong individuals who have the tools and skills to be self aware and to apply self care which are the components for long term health and wellness.  I am excited to share these ancient time-tested teachings, along with conscious leadership tools with you so you can immerse yourself in your own self study, dig deep light your fire and  inspire others on their path.   

I love yoga because it helps me to do everything better. I’ve been married to my college sweetheart for 28 years.  I am the mother of four amazing sons.  I love to hike and be out in nature and I treasure time with  my family and girlfriends.  I am committed to showing up real and strong everyday.  I can’t wait to go on this journey with you.

Romy has studied  alignment-based yoga, Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa yoga and meditation with a variety of teachers and remains a student of Janet Stone.  Romy is a 500 hour certified leadership life coach with Grace Caitlin. Romy is a professional speaker and presenter on the benefits of yoga and wellness.  She provides physical activity breaks, and mindfulness sessions at conferences and workshops around the country.
