Come discover the missing key to finding your true yogic strength, power and transformation. It’s easy to overlook Yoga’s ethical and moral codes—called the Yamas and Niyamas because asana or poses are so popular. Many yoga practitioners know little about this Niyamas or the Disciplines of yoga. These are rich jewels or tools that can bring as much if not more awareness to our way of being on and off the mat than even our asana practice. The Niyamas are ethical and moral guidelines or disciplines for everyday life, helping us to behave in a pure and non-damaging way, both towards ourselves and others. Come explore the philosophy of the Niyamas, the second of the 8 Limbed Path.
This workshop will include:-
