This workshop is designed to teach you the fundamentals of Conscious Leadership while creating a container for you to practice your newly developed skills. It is a virtual interactive course that meets weekly for 4 weeks on Zoom. We will discuss and play with the following:
The 4 most important questions Conscious Leaders ask themselves and How do they support you in moving through drama ?
What is the drama triangle, and what roles do Victim, Villain, and Hero play in fueling the drama in your life?
What is the difference between Content and Context? How does that apply to the situation you are facing whether it be at work or home?
Are you willing to shift out of a place of fear? There is a difference between wanting to shift and willing to shift. How can you tell the difference, and how does that affect your situation?
