Body Thrive Book- Body Thrive™ provides step-by-step instruction to catalyze more energy, improve your digestion, cultivate peace of mind, and evolve your habits toward lifelong health and wellness.

Weekly 60-90 Minute Virtual Meetings- We will have weekly virtual meetings that are 75-90 minutes in length.  We begin with an orientation and follow up weekly with each of the 10 habits and we will conclude with a final meeting.  Depending on the size of the group, you will have two meeting time options or you can choose to attend both virtual meetings. Meetings will be recorded and shared in our group in case you miss a meeting, you will always be able to access the content.

Personal 1-1 Coaching Session with Romy -  You will receive a two 30- minute  private coaching sessions with Romy.  This is a great time to get support and guidance on your own challenges and goals. 

Accountability Partner - You will be assigned an accountability partner to help support you in this journey.

Virtual Communication Platform - You will also be invited to join our virtual online SLACK group where you will find all kinds of additional information about Ayurveda, yoga, yoga videos from Romy and constant support. You will be able to post questions and celebrations and stay connected to your new community.

  7. How to properly sit in contemplative silence

  8. Healthy eating guidelines that will leave you feeling nourished and fulfilled

  9. Methods for heeding and maintaining the wisdom of your senses

  10. How to choose ease and spaciousness instead of stress and constriction

If you are feeling overwhelmed by the 10 habits, please know that evolving your habits doesn’t have to be a struggle. These daily routines based on Ayurveda  will rejuvenate you and create more time in your day by aligning your daily schedule to natural biorhythms.
