Come learn about the 5 major elements of nature and how they work in your life; enjoy the fresh air and majestic views and surround yourself with like minded people!
Day begins with walking meditation, yoga followed by healthy energizing breakfast. Grab your lunch and choose a moderate or challenging hike return with plenty of time left for quiet time and journaling a delicious dinner and lots of time to relax and connect with yourself and others.
Friday - Optional Hike - Yoga & Dinner - Arrive anytime after 1pm.
Saturday - Meditation/Yoga - Breakfast, Hike, Restorative Yoga & Dinner.
Sunday - Meditation/Yoga, Breakfast & Easy Short Hike & Departure.
Weekend includes: Dinner on Friday. Breakfast, lunch & Dinner on Saturday, Breakfast on Sunday.
Accommodations; large warm heated cabin, with clean indoor bathrooms; bunk rooms that sleep 2 or 3 people.
Due to Covid Social Distance measures, we are accommodating single rooms. You are free to reserve and share a double or triple room with someone you feel comfortable sharing a space.
Mattress and pillows provided. Bring your sheets or sleep sack or sleeping bag
